1. About the service

TopicVid is an online service that helps you create short vertical (9:16) videos with artificial intelligence: you enter a title, the system uses Gemini (Google Cloud Vertex AI) to write a script, then uses Veo and Gemini TTS to render a video with voiceover, subtitles and background music.

2. Conditions of use

You need to sign in with a Google account (via Firebase Authentication) to create and render videos. You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure; TopicVid does not store your password.

3. Free quota

Each regular user account may create up to 10 completed videos (fully rendered) per month, free of charge. The quota resets at the beginning of each month (Vietnam time). TopicVid may change this limit in the future and will update these Terms accordingly.

4. User responsibilities

AI-generated content may contain errors. You are responsible for fact-checking information before publishing it, and for labeling AI-generated content (for example, "AI-generated content") when posting to social platforms, in accordance with each platform's rules.

5. Prohibited conduct

You may not use TopicVid to create content that:

• Is intentionally false or misleading.
• Violates applicable law.
• Infringes the copyright, privacy or intellectual-property rights of others.
• Harasses, defames, or incites hatred.

6. TopicVid's rights

TopicVid may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without prior notice, to protect the service and other users.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, including warranties regarding the accuracy of AI-generated content or uninterrupted availability of the service.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, TopicVid is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of content generated by the service.

9. Changes to these Terms

TopicVid may update these Terms from time to time. The most recent update date is shown at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
